What we sell All Midlife Renewed products are digital PDF downloads. Nothing physical is shipped.

Accessing your download After purchase, you'll receive download details by email. We recommend saving the PDF to your own device straight away so you always have a copy.

If you have any trouble accessing your download, email us at support@midliferenewed.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We'll help.

Our approach to refunds We want you to feel confident buying from us. Here's how we handle things:

If something goes wrong on our end — a technical issue, a corrupted file, the wrong product delivered, a duplicate charge, or a product that doesn't match its description — we'll fix it. That might mean resending the file, providing a replacement, or issuing a full refund. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.

If you change your mind after downloading — because our products are digital and can be accessed immediately, we're unable to offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the digital content may be supplied before the end of any applicable cancellation period.

This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have under consumer law if the product is faulty, not as described, or not properly supplied.
