Midlife Renewed sells downloadable digital products only.

No physical products are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

After successful payment, your files are normally made available electronically through a download email, download page or order-confirmation process.

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct and accessible.

Delivery is usually immediate, but occasional delays may occur because of:

• email filtering or spam settings;
• payment review;
• incorrect email details;
• temporary technical issues; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you do not receive your download details, or a file is missing, corrupted or cannot be opened, contact:

We will take reasonable steps to resend the files, replace the affected file or provide technical assistance.
